Carol Newell

Carol is an experienced talent and human resources professional with nearly 20 years in talent development and performance, talent management, talent acquisition, change management, and diversity and inclusion spaces. Carol is passionate about people and is rewarded when she can help others identify their passions and realize their potential. Carol also strives to provide high-quality solutions that are aligned to driving business strategies and currently works at Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

As an Organizational Development (OD) consultant, Carol is devoted to developing people and organizations through various change management approaches and methodologies. She is uniquely proficient in working with individuals at all levels, various team dynamics and organizational structures. Carol excels in developing and cultivating relationships and feels strongly that great partnerships are a critical component to identifying opportunities and driving organizations to solutions.

Carol is committed to service both personally and professionally. She serves in ministry at Christian Faith Fellowship Church and also volunteers in many capacities (New Members’ Ministry, Finance Ministry, Surrogate Ministry, Expect Amazing Women’s Conference, etc.). She is passionate about her community. Carol previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Dr. James Cameron Legacy Foundation and the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council. Carol was also a charter member of both the Employee Volunteer Council and Diversity Council at a former employer.

Carol earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources certification from Cardinal Stritch University in 2007. She graduated magna cum laude. Carol is also a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner – certification received in 2015.
