Brian Fette

Brian Fette, Milwaukee historian, researcher and speaker, discovered a flour mill existed just blocks from home in 1856 and so began grinding flour to learn the art of bread making. He shares lessons learned and a bit of history from when Milwaukee was the flour capital of the nation. Previous appearances include the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, North Point Lighthouse, and the Historic Water Tower Neighborhood Association.
