Brian Fette

Brian Fette, Milwaukee historian, researcher and speaker discovered that, in 1856 a flour mill existed just blocks from his current home, and so he began grinding flour to learn the art of bread making. He shares lessons learned and a bit of history from when Milwaukee was the flour capital of the nation. Previous appearances include the Osher Institute, North Point Lighthouse, and the Historic Water Tower Neighborhood Association.
