Allison Cooley

Allison Cooley, Founder and CEO of Effectability, LLC is an experienced facilitator, instructor, speaker, organization effectiveness consultant and professional development coach. Since 1990, Allison has made an impact on more than 20,000 individuals across the US in her workshops, retreats, meetings and coaching sessions. She focuses on building leadership skills, helping people communicate and manage conflict and change more effectively, and developing emotional intelligence. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UW-Eau Claire and her master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota, and holds certifications in performance coaching, Myers-Briggs, DiSC and organization development.
