Alexandra Kilmer

Allie Kilmer is a graphic designer with the Integrated Marketing team at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She works directly with a diverse group of clients to craft smart, attention-grabbing communications across a variety of print and digital media.

Before joining the team at UWM, Allie worked at Rishi Tea designing retail packaging, restaurant menus, educational guides and more. After three years, she left to begin her career in higher education, working at Waukesha County Technical College as a designer for their College marketing. While at WCTC she started leading design training sessions for professionals, as well as workshops at the high school level.

Allie enjoys the variety of design challenges that she encounters at UWM, and especially projects that allow for a little bit of whimsy. In her spare time, Allie dabbles in iPhone photography, lives dangerously by buying secondhand jigsaw puzzles, and donates her design skills to the Urban Ecology Center and close friends’ wedding invites.
