WiSE – Surprising Secrets to Sustainable Career Success – December 3

Most professionals aspire to a sustained successful career; yet it can sometimes feel like an elusive goal. More often, they experience careers filled with feelings of frustration, exhaustion, burnout and disappointment. This can especially be true for women.

The keys to a long and rewarding career can be unexpected and even surprising. It’s not always about “doing what you love” and “working harder.” This discussion includes perspectives and insights gleaned from women with long, successful careers. It highlights some of the decisions and moves early in your career that will enhance your joy, satisfaction and success. The intellectual and financial empowerment of a long career can become your story, with some forethought and advice that improve your chances of making it happen.

In this session, you:
• Explore the multidimensional value and benefits of a long successful career.
• Learn the Four Surprising Secrets to sustainable success and how you can incorporate them in your life immediately.
• Identify questions to ask yourself that deepen your awareness of what might be in the way of your own sustainable success and future growth.

This session includes Zoom breakouts to allow for sharing and idea generation with fellow participants.
