Waking Up From Being White

How do we learn anti-racism, no matter where we stand on the matrix of oppressions by virtue of our birth? This interactive talk describes how people can touch unconscious complicity and marginalizing experiences in ways that liberate thought and strengthen their own voice. Concrete examples, shared materials and activities for breaking down barriers without shame, as used by a white professor challenging white privilege and those others who piggy-back onto its power.
