Email is the primary means of internal and external communication in most organizations. In the digital workplace, possessing sharp written communication skills is essential to representing yourself professionally, making yourself stand out and ensuring your messages are clearly understood. In this course, you practice writing effective emails and learn the secrets of email culture.
