Psychological First Aid

An emotional first aid kit contains practices and creative interventions that can help someone who has experienced trauma and needs psychological support. It also comes with a set of guidelines to prevent further traumatization. Together we unpack this kit, explore the tools of trauma first aid and practice using them to prepare you to help others in time of need.

This course can be applied to the Professional Certificate in Human Services.
