Organizational Development Plan and Implementation

Learn to create an organizational development plan. Review case studies for further understanding of vision, strategy and goals.

This course includes a workplace-based practicum project. Your instructor mentors you through the process, provides feedback, and assesses your successful completion of the project. You are given both class time and extended time outside of the scheduled class time to complete the assignment. Successful completion of the project is required before CEUs are awarded.

This course can be applied to the Master Trainer Certificate.
