One Hit Wonders of the 1970s

Do you recognize the names Carl Douglas or Edwin Starr? How about the bands Blue Swede or The Hues Corporation? You might not, but I do suspect you would recognize their songs that hit #1 on the billboard charts in the 1970s. In this short course, we listen to the music and discuss the inside stories of a number of one-hit wonders from across the decade; recording artists who were able to capture lightning in a bottle once, but never again.
