Lean Process Improvement Module II

This module builds on the Lean methodology and principles learned in Module I. Participants advance their capstone projects, learn how to execute an implementation plan, recognize and use appropriate tools to identify and eliminate waste, sustain improvements through daily work, and learn the fundamentals of long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
