Leading With Courage for Purpose and Impact

Deanna Singh, storyteller and author of “Purposeful Hustle: Direct Your Life’s Work Toward Making a Positive Impact,” acknowledges that she’s taken many actions during her career that might be considered courageous (or, to an outsider, borderline reckless), but notes they were always calculated. It is easy to see life as scary or fragile and to hang onto the secure and predictable. Having courage is not about being fearless; it is knowing how to make your fears mean less.

Learn the three tools Deanna has discovered to shrink your fears and make them seem more manageable and to prevent and mitigate adverse outcomes.

Partner Event

As companies and organization move toward more intentional diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), they need people with a strong foundation of knowledge and practices for having uncomfortable conversations and taking inclusive action.

On February 1-3, 2021, How To Be An Ally Virtual Summit is a safe space where passionate leaders can expand their knowledge, learn action-oriented techniques and create a community that will prepare them for creating more impactful DEI engagement.

This 3-day virtual event of building bridges is instrumental to one’s allyship journey. To see the agenda and learn more, check out the summit page!
