Kitchen Kids

Gr. K5-2

One cup of flour, one tablespoon of salt; have you ever wondered what these measurements mean? Cooking for one is easy, but how can you use the same recipe to cook for three? How about 10? In this class you learn the math and measurements that chefs use on a daily basis to make the dishes we enjoy. In this nonbake cooking class you learn how to make a great snack on your own without your parents help! Join us in this nonbake cooking class as we experiment with recipes, and enjoy treats made and tested by participants. You also create a recipe book of all the recipes we make in class and more.

Please note that food will be consumed in this course and any food allergies that your child has will need to be noted before the start of the class.

This class is being offered live online. Logistical details will be provided to all registered participants a week before the course begins.
