Ethical Issues in Medicine II
We cover issues not addressed in previous courses; new and previous participants are welcome. Advances in medical treatments and technologies have brought life-changing results but have created ethical quandaries for patients, families, medical professionals and society. Examine current ethical issues surrounding medical care at the beginning and end of life, decision making by patients and their advocates, allocation of resources and ethics during a pandemic.
