Creating Inclusive Leadership While Minimizing Unconscious Bias

Learn to become a more impactful manager and leader through this interactive, online course. You will develop an inclusive leadership mindset with a focus on working with others across differences including gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and age. Discover how to surmount the negative impact that implicit bias can have on performance, team dynamics and efforts to create an inclusive work environment. Through self-reflective exercises and interactive activities, you will build awareness practices that foster diversity and inclusion and create tools for highly effective leadership.

This course can be applied to the Emerging Leaders Certificate.
