This presentation will share helpful information for anyone grieving a loss or for those supporting individuals during the aftermath of a loss. It is common for grief to intensify during the holidays, but this experience is rarely talked about in our culture. During this webinar, we will identify why grief increases during the holiday season, develop skills to engage in conversations about grief that promote healing and explore new ways to approach the holidays that are rooted in self-care and honoring the journey of grief. Each person’s grief is unique; join us to discover a framework for coping with grief during the holidays that can be crafted to meet individual needs.
