“Changing Gears” Book Discussion
Leah and her 16-year-old son Oakley bicycled across the United States in and effort to break out of mutual ruts and change some negative patterns that were developing. The trip was tremendously successful and life changing. Leah’s book “Changing Gears” chronicles their adventure and explores the concept of therapeutic adventuring.
