Basic Chess for Beginners
This course is for those who don’t know how to play chess and would like to learn. It includes a brief history of the game, how to set up the board, how the pieces move and how the game is won. Rules, algebraic notation, basic tactics and strategies are also discussed. There will be time at the end of each session to practice and play chess.
