The English for Healthcare Providers Microcredential is designed to support bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students in refining their English communication skills for the healthcare workplace. Participants will build confidence in patient-centered communication, medical terminology, documentation and professional interactions through interactive, real-world healthcare scenarios. By completing this microcredential, learners will be better prepared for CNA employment, job interviews and effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
