HGA’s Minneapolis office is aggressively hiring entry level grads who are interested in working in healthcare design. The position is for entry level “Design Coordinator,” which is what we call our unlicensed architects. The position is in the Healthcare for the Minneapolis office, but working remote is acceptable. Everyone is still remote for the foreseeable future, so geographic location of candidates is not an issue. The entry level position allows them to get their feet wet in design, planning, and construction documentation. Pay is competitive and we take care of the costs to pursue professional licensure. A Grad degree is preferable, but those who completed their undergrad are free to apply also.
