Bio
Larry Kilmer is an Adjunct Professor of Urban Planning. Larry is currently focused on the redevelopment and rehabilitation of housing throughout Milwaukee’s residential neighborhoods. Larry’s professional experience includes working for a local architecture firm, working for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and managing the Housing Rehabilitation Division for the non-profit ACTS Community Development Corporation. Larry is currently the Program Director for the City of Milwaukee’s Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation (NIDC).
