Eileen McEnroe Hankes is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin. Eileen received a BS in Civil Engineering with a Structural concentration at the University of Notre Dame. She attended Georgia Institute of Technology for her Masters in Engineering. For nearly 20 years, she was in consulting engineering practicing structural engineering. She has practiced in upstate New York, Denver and was most recently an Associate at GRAEF in Milwaukee. Eileen’s focus has always been on existing buildings including condition assessment, renovation and restoration, and forensic investigations. In 2017, she began working at Milwaukee County as the program manager for the Facility Condition Assessment Program, working with all County departments on capital planning and asset management for their facilities.
