Craig Heser

Craig supervises the enterprise staff who administrator much of the software used by Student Affairs departments, including Simphony, Odyssey PCS, Odyssey HMS, Foodservice Suite, and others. Craig focuses on system integration, ad hoc reporting, and data analytics. Craig provides support for various proprietary hardware used on campus. Craig offers system analysis to support new and existing business methods. He supervises four full time staff that are responsible for the network in Student Affairs buildings and other business software applications.
