Dillon helps manage, support and operate both the Student Affairs IT physical and virtual environments, along with software used by departments within Student Affairs. He is the lead IT contact for the campus electronic health records (EHR) system Medicat, the MSSQL environment used within Student Affairs, along with other widely used applications. He is also in charge of many automated processes for moving data between information systems, along with providing second-level support where needed.
