Bio

Having exhausted my high school’s art classes, I moved forward to college art classes at UWM my senior year of high school. Being the youngest in all of my classes was very intimidating, but this grew my confidence and skills. I am now a junior at UWM Milwaukee pursuing a BFA in design and visual communication. I am on track to graduate a semester early. Design is something that is forever changing, and that excites me. I have always looked at things and thought how could I make this better. Having this mindset allowed me to get into an internship for a small business. I worked on social media, specifically Instagram, because this is where I saw a place for me to improve. I had to pitch myself for a position that didn’t exist. I gained experience in collaboration, time management, and working with specific brand guidelines. I am constantly growing as a designer and am excited to see where it takes me.
