Responsible for coordination, maintenance, and publication of the schedule of classes for the University; collaborate with school/college schedule builders and SOC coordinators and serve as the functional expert of CLSS suite in the CourseLeaf software system.

Functional administrator for the campus online classroom assignment software; content expert for scheduling; administer classroom assignment process for academic terms. Support class scheduling and course catalog functions.

Supervises and provides leadership for the transfer processing team. Lead for engaging academic departments on campus on the determination of transfer equivalencies along with technologies for maintaining and publishing those equivalencies. Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit transfer policy and articulation agreements with community/technical colleges and corporations.

Overall leadership and management of the Registrar’s Office; engage in campus initiatives, projects, and committees related to Registrar and Enrollment Management functions.

Graduation Processing functions for the College of Nursing; College of Engineering & Applied Science; Peck School of the Arts; School of Education; Parkside Collaborative Nursing Program Liaison; Enrollment Reporting.

Lead front desk responsibilities. Processing undergraduate transcripts, undergraduate verifications, transfer credit entry, enrollment processing.

Transfer credit equivalency determination and processing; Transfer and Adult Student Orientation (TASO) liaison.

Functional lead for academic catalog development; coordination and outreach efforts related to academic course planning and enrollment controls; Schedule of Classes development and support; classroom assignments support; student administrative enrollment support.

Leadership and management of the Curricular and Faculty Services Unit of the Registrar’s Office; functions related to course catalog and schedule of classes, transfer credit, enrollment and fee administration, and degree progress.

Personnel/human resources management; budget development and oversight; business office activities; space and resource allocation and management; departmental intranet content development.

Responsibilities for enrollment and fee processing as well as reviewing and maintaining student records; processes enrollment and fee-related functions that involve specialized arrangements, including student term withdrawals, concurrent enrollments, tuition/fee waiver calculations, auditors, and student career status changes, among others.
