There are 6 people standing undernealh this overhang, one additional person standing on the right, and 2 standing on the left. There is a path leading from the slight right of center of the photo to the building, and then this path turns to the right.Connecting the two pillars and going off the photograph to the right is a blue ribbon. The person in the center is holding a scissors to the ribbon in perparation to cut it. There is a blue sign to the right with light blue depiction of the independence first logo, which includes a stick figure style icon with their arms up with the title of the company above it. In the foreground are 5 people sitting in folding chairs in the lawn and on the pathway to observe the event.
