FitWell moves you to play, create, explore, connect, discover and thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/publichealth\/fitwell-courses\/pdf-course-catalogs\/\">60 different 1- and 2-credit courses<\/a> encompassing Fitness, Wellness and Sport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take stress-reducing undergraduate general elective courses in-person, online and hybrid. Find courses that best fit your schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions include Full-semester (16 week), Half-semester (8 week) sessions with Early or Midterm start and several shorter length courses. Summer and UWinteriM courses are also available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With courses applying to your GPA, add a FitWell course at&nbsp;<em>no additional tuition cost*<\/em>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/onestop\/finances\/estimating-your-costs\/tuition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">if total credits are 12-18<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multilevel courses \u2013 fun, engaging and personalized instruction for beginners and experienced students. During training sessions, you will learn how to assemble, operate, and break down scuba systems.
