Job description:

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health is seeking a social media strategist to develop and implement social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and Snapchat to build awareness of public health as an exciting and growing career path among high school students. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Professional experience developing and implementing social media strategies on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and Snapchat.
  • Experience designing and developing content, especially video content, for social media campaigns.
  • A passion for social media marketing, and a desire to explore emerging platforms and strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $1,500 per month

Duration: Immediately – June 30, 2022, with potential to be renewed for up to an additional two years, depending on continuance of grant funding.
