DESCRIPTION:Spring Forward with FitWell!\nDiscover fun\, activity-based undergraduate elective courses designed to boost wellness and balance academic life. \nBe active\, creative\, strategic\, mindful\, competitive and adventurous with courses like weight training\, in-person cooking\, bowling\, yoga\, tennis\, scuba\, esports\, rock climbing and more. \nExplore the FitWell Spring 2027 online Course Catalog for at-a-glance charts of courses with dates\, times\, locations and course/class numbers.\nCourses are 1 or 2 credits\, offered in-person\, online\, or hybrid\, and available in 16-week\, 8-week\, or shorter formats to fit your schedule.\nSign-up early to save your spot—at least 3–4 weeks before courses start. \nFULL Semester: January 25 – May 12\n16 weeks. Sign-up before January 4. Enrollment closes Friday\, January 29. \nEARLY: January 25 – March 20\n8 weeks or less. Sign-up before January 4.
