DESCRIPTION:Explore fun\, activity-based undergraduate electives to boost wellness and balance academic life. \nBe active\, creative\, strategic\, mindful\, competitive and adventurous with so many courses like Tennis\, Off-Road Bicycling\, Pickleball\, Fitness Walking\, and in-person Cooking. \nMidterm Courses: March 30 – May 13. All undergraduate students can enroll in the 1- and 2-credit courses offered in-person\, online\, or hybrid. \nExplore the Spring 2026 Midterm PDF Catalog of available courses for at-a-glance charts of courses with dates\, times\, locations and course numbers. Check the Schedule of Classes for up-to-date information. \nRegister early to save your spot – at least 3-4 weeks before courses start. Enrollment closes Wednesday\, April 1. \nUndergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18 during Spring and Fall\, and credits are applied toward GPA. \nFind more details at FitWell’s website.  Register via PAWS or Stellic\, and select “FitWell” under subject. DESCRIPTION:Start your winter semester by connecting with your campus community. \nLed by FitWell’s Yoga Instructor\, Colleen Kehoe\, we’ll flow through a series of accessible poses to wake up our bodies and minds. This 45-minute session will guide you through a series of sun salutations\, strengthening poses and energizing breathwork. \n\nNo need to be a seasoned yogi—this class is for all levels of UWM students and is the perfect way to kickstart your day. Grab your friends and your mat for some good vibes and mindful movement.\n\nBring your UWM ID\, a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete your liability and photo/media release waivers on your mobile device. There will be a limited number of yoga mats available. \nCo-sponsored by Student Health and Wellness (SHAW)\, UWM College of Community Engagement and Professions and FitWell. \n*All are welcome.
