Move & Meditate with the Yoga & Meditation Club + FitWell

Ready to rejuvenate your body and mind? Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or meditator or new to the practice, come unwind and stretch your mind and body in the spirit of wellness and community.
Join us for one or both calming and relaxing 30-minute yoga and meditation sessions. Allow yourself to rest, refocus, and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Session 1: 11:30 am – Noon
Session 2: 12:15 – 12:45 pm
Each unique session will share some practices from the Himalayan tradition of yoga and meditation. Learn some practical and systematic tools for stretching and relaxing the body, balancing the nervous system and moving the mental focus inwards. Sessions will cover different topics so you are welcome to register for both.
All levels of yoga and meditation practitioners are welcome – students, staff and faculty. Register early!
