
FitWell Spring Midterm 7-week Courses Start March 24

Midterm Courses: March 24 – May 8. All undergraduate students can enroll in the 1- and 2-credit courses.
New courses have just been added, including six in-person courses Fitness Walking, Indoor Soccer I, Basketball, Self-Defense, Functional Movement and Volleyball as well as two online courses of Intermediate Billiards & Pool and Mindful Movement.

Register early to save your spot – at least 3-4 weeks before classes start.
Late add deadline is Wednesday, March 26.
Courses are offered in person, online and in a hybrid format. Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
