FitWell Fall Course Open Enrollment starts May 3

List of Fall 2025 FitWell Courses. Many new courses added.

Have a fantastic fall with FitWell Courses! Learn new skills and reduce stress with more than 56 undergraduate courses offered by UWM FitWell courses. There is something for everyone, featuring fitness, wellness and sport courses.

Get active, creative, strategic, mindful, competitive and adventurous with courses like Muay Thai kickboxing, cooking, bowling, yoga, baskeball, scuba, rock climbing and more.

Half- and full-semester classes can fit into a busy schedule. Offered in 16 week and 8 weeks or less in-person, online and in a hybrid format.

FULL Semester: September 2 – December 11
16 weeks // Sign-up before August 1. Enrollment closes September 8.

EARLY: September 2 – October 25
8 weeks // Sign-up before August 1. Enrollment closes September 3.

MIDTERM: October 28 – December 11
7 weeks // Sign-up before September 29. Enrollment closes October 29.

NEW COURSES:
Pickleball, Fitness Walking, Coaching Soccer Philosophies, Bicycle Maintenance, Weight Training II, Cooking for College: Beyond Ramen (in-person), and Personal Training Education Course (for those interested in pursuing a personal training certification).

RETURNING IN-PERSON:
Billiards & Pool (after 5 years of online-only classes) and Introduction to Running.

Register early to save your spot – at least 3-4 weeks before classes start.  

Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
