Clinic Director: Bonnie Klein-Tasman, PhD (she/her/hers)
Provides a very limited number of comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations (less than 1 per month, depending on staff availability) for children ages 2-16 with a wide variety of neurological conditions and developmental disorders. At some times, the clinic is restricted to particular age ranges or conditions due to clinician availability.
At this time, only children ages 8 through 16 are being seen in this clinic.
Examples of conditions are:
- Learning Disabilities
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
- Genetically based developmental disabilities (e.g., Williams syndrome, Neurofibromatosis-1)
Assessments are conducted by graduate students in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program with Dr. Bonnie Klein-Tasman or Dr. Kristin Smith’s supervision. All aspects of the assessment conducted by graduate students are videorecording. The cost for the assessment is on a sliding hourly fee (maximum $75/hour) based on family income. Most assessments take between 10 and 12 hours including initial interview and feedback session to review the results. Please contact Dr. Klein-Tasman directly (414-229-3060) with questions.
We are not currently scheduling any child assessment appointments due to COVID-19.
