An Introduction to Reflective Supervision in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this module is to help home visitors and home visiting supervisors better understand what Reflective Supervision and Reflective Practices are and how they can support your role as a home visitor (or supervisor) as well as the families served within your program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Child Care Coordination (CCC) Professional Development Modules<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This series is intended for both new providers and more experienced providers who are looking to improve their knowledge about comprehensive and important skills, such as early childhood development, behavioral health, and the role of care coordination in Wisconsin Medicaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developmental Monitoring<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This 35-minute module will teach you about developmental monitoring including what it is, the benefits, and strategies for implementing it into your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction of Continuous Quality Improvement<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this training, you will become familiar with the methodology that we use to guide our CQI work in Family Foundations Home Visiting, the Model for Improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marks that Matter, Sentinel Injuries, and Other Opportunities for Child Abuse Prevention<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This 25-minute module will teach you about marks that matter and sentinel injuries, including why they are significant, who is at risk, and what to do if you suspect abuse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Perinatal Mental Health Modules<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This two-part series is designed for home visitors to better understand the signs and symptoms of perinatal mental health issues and how they impact mothers and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC) Professional Development Modules<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Protective Capacity Family Assessment (PCFA) Overview<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These training modules provide a brief introduction to the Protective Capacity Family Assessment model. They are based off the PCFA, Part 1 training taught at the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership (MCWP) which is based off a more comprehensive curriculum developed by ACTION for Child Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound Beginnings<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this module you will learn about what it means for a child to have difficulty hear \u2013 anatomically, physiologically, and developmentally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting Healthy Vision<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this module, you will learn how to identify healthy vision milestones in children as well as how to help families promote healthy vision, identify concerns, and access resources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
