Please join us for our final MAPSS session of the semester to hear Philip Rocco (Marquette) present his paper, “No Federalism Without Political Safeguards: The U.S. Territories and the Dilemma of Intergovernmental Representation.” There will be plenty of time to discuss and ask questions following the presentation!
