Dr. El Hajjar is a Fulbright scholar and tenured associate professor at the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His experiences include senior positions in aerospace quality, certification, and build reliability engineering at Boeing and SpaceX.
