We aim to improve fluorescence imaging by combining Fourier-Transform Spectroscopy (FTS) and deep learning.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Currently, we’re looking for help with creating an optimized all-in-one software package from/based on existing code in MATLAB and Python. We have existing code which we would like to be combined and optimized for speed. The current workflow starts with processing the raw data with MATLAB, saving and sending it to Python, running TensorFlow code in Python, saving and sending the data back to MATLAB, and doing some final processing. We’d like to be able to click one button to run a time optimized version of this code.

Desired Qualifications

Someone who has experience with creating an all-in-one software package from existing code in different languages, as well as optimizing existing code is a plus.
