“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” (Henry Ford) The ability to work effectively in groups and teams is one of the top skills sought by employers and part of almost every job, but many people struggle with it. It doesn’t have to be that way. In this course, you will develop the skills to be an effective group member and leader. You will learn why some groups are effective and others are ineffective, and you will get the opportunity to apply this knowledge to help both you and your team achieve your goals.
