OFERs are reviewed by the Project Manager for Official Functions on a rolling basis and you will receive a reply via email within 7 business days of submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan accordingly as events found to be an official function will next require a UWS Official Functions and Expenses Pre-Approval Form to be signed by a Vice Chancellor or Dean, and relative Divisional Financial Officer
