We offer students a range of options including the RN to BS in Nursing, BS in Nursing (traditional undergraduate program), Direct Entry Master of Nursing and our Master of Sustainable Peacebuilding program options. Program Options

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing prepares science-based, compassionate nurse leader through innovative and quality educational programs for all specialties and settings of practice. Students can take classes at campuses in Milwaukee, Waukesha or Parkside.

The direct entry master of nursing (MN) program is designed for students who hold a non-nursing bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue an advanced degree in nursing. This program is ideal for students who are interested in obtaining a master’s degree and becoming a Clinical Nurse Leader.

The Master of Sustainable Peacebuilding was designed in direct response to a need for trained professionals in a rapidly growing field. Graduates of the MSP are thus versed in systems thinking and the scientific approaches to dealing with complexity, which enables them to see the links among various environmental and development issues.

The RN to BSN program at UW-Milwaukee is for Registered Nurses (RN) looking for a flexible way to earn a baccalaureate degree in Nursing. Students choose from three modalities to complete their BS in Nursing through our BSN@Work and School (in person), BSN@Home (online) and our UW Flex Option (competency-based).
