Dr. Erickson joined the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee College of Nursing in fall 2014.  She was previously on the faculty at the University of Virginia School of Nursing.

Dr. Erickson’s program of research focuses on symptom management for adolescents and young adults receiving chemotherapy. She has taught courses related to oncology nursing, chronic illness, and end-of-life care. She has been involved in interprofessional teaching and research related to end-of-life care and pain management.
