
Breonna Stone
- Teaching Faculty, Master of Sustainable Peacebuilding
Breonna is a proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She serves as a part-time instructor for the Masters of Sustainable Peacebuilding (MSP) program in the College of Nursing. This appointment allows her the opportunity to work alongside MSP graduate students through the completion of their capstone projects. She works full-time as the Director of Research & Strategy for Loving Venti, LLC., a consulting firm that works with small-medium size nonprofits to fill their organizational cracks. Breonna is also a Doctoral Candidate at Cardinal Stritch University pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership. She earned her MS in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University in 2017 and since then has championed inclusivity and equity in degree attainment across students. Her current research focuses on theories of resilience and imposter syndrome in Black women at the graduate level. She is a volunteer mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee’s mentor2.0 program. Breonna enjoys having critical conversations related to community revitalization, building resilience, resource sharing, and social change.
