We invite you to press “pause” with us and spend a mindful moment breathing, centering, and focusing on ourselves. Every other week, we’ll be spending a half-hour in the Union learning and practicing a new mindfulness technique together. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to drop by!

Time: 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm
What: A drop-in guided mindfulness series open to the UWM community (students, staff, and faculty). All levels of experience with mindfulness welcome; beginners invited and encouraged.
