Monday, 5/3

12-12:15pm – WELL Entrepreneur: Meditation for Entrepreneurs w/ Lubar Entrepreneurship Center (virtual) – Drop-in for a brief meditation practice. RSVP here to receive the Zoom link

5-6pm – POUND Out Your Stress w/ UREC and NHC Health Promotion and Wellness (Spaights Plaza) – Join us on the plaza for a Pound workout led by URec! Sign up here (not required)!

Tuesday, 5/4

11am-2pm – Let’s Chalk About Mental Health w/ Active Minds and NHC Health Promotion and Wellness (Spaights Plaza) – Stop by and contribute to a chalk art installation designed to communicate hope and connectedness.

Wednesday, 5/5

12-12:30pm – UWM Mindfulness Moment w/ UCS (virtual) – Drop in for a short mindfulness session. Join via Teams using this link.

5-7pm – Panthers Pedal Together w/ Counseling Student Organization and UREC – Join us for a group bike ride! Spaces are limited, so sign up here.
