Immunizations

The Norris Health Center offers select Immunizations.

We do not bill insurance and we try to keep the costs to students as low as possible. Please note, pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. Please call with any questions, (414)229-4716.

We highly recommend that you are up to date on immunizations including getting your COVID-19 vaccine. Having your vaccination information on file with the clinic is important.  Please submit this information using Immunization Form 21-22.

There are no required vaccinations. Every year, Wisconsin colleges and universities are required by state statute to provide all enrolled students detailed information about meningococcal disease and hepatitis B including data about the availability and effectiveness of vaccines against these diseases.

Information about the disease and vaccination can be found at https://www.cdc.gov/meningococcal/index.html and https://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/hbv/bfaq.htm.

Colleges and universities must also ensure that all students living in residence halls affirm that they have received this information and must verify whether students have been vaccinated against either disease.  All residential students will be asked for this information during housing registration.
