As president and CEO, Cross coordinates and monitors supplier and workforce diversity inclusion on construction projects, like Lambeau Field, American Family Field, Fiserv Forum and the world headquarters of Manpower and GE Healthcare, as well as UWM\u2019s Cambridge Commons and Kenilworth building.<\/p>\n<p>Cross received the UWM Impact Award from the UWM Alumni Association in 2024.
