The\u00a0Procure-to-Pay\u00a0Automation project will retire the current MDS\/Shop@UW application and many of UWM&#8217;s paper-based purchasing and accounts payables processes. This new tool is being launched across the UW System and will allow users to be fully involved in the purchasing-to-payables process on a single platform.<\/p>\n<p>Foundational training is now available through Canvas for all UWM employees. All training and resources can be found on the new <a href=\"http:\/\/shopuwplus.wisc.edu\">ShopUW+ Essentials website<\/a>. Anyone at UWM can self-enroll in classes for shoppers. Requesters and approvers will be auto-enrolled as more in-depth training becomes available beginning April 12.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis new tool is a major step in streamlining purchasing processes at UWM,\u201d Vice Chancellor Robin Van Harpen said. \u201cFinance and Administrative Affairs is working to enhance efficiency and service excellence, and the launch of ShopUW+ is one of the many examples of that goal.
