Some\u00a0of these opportunities are presented through the Office of Human Resources, including mandatory training modules for supervisors.\u00a0The in-person opportunities offered through the Office of Human Resources, including mandatory training modules for supervisors,\u00a0were suspended with the onset of the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The spring 2021 semester will be an important training semester for UWM employees. All faculty and staff will be expected to complete\u00a0UWM Anti-Bias, Anti-Racist Training; UW System\u00a0Mandated Reporter Training;\u00a0and for some, additional installments of\u00a0UW System\u00a0Sexual Harassment (Title IX)\u00a0Training and Information\u00a0Security\u00a0Training. In order to allow supervisors and employees\u00a0to focus their efforts\u00a0on completion of these important mandatory trainings, professional development modules presented through the Office of Human Resources will remain suspended through the spring semester with a goal of reinstituting offerings in Fall 2021.\u00a0This includes the mandatory training modules for UWM supervisors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UWM offers numerous in-person professional development opportunities to our employees.
